Key Responsibilities
- Research & Strategy: Conduct user research, interviews, and analysis to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points.
- Assist in designing social media posts, banners, and basic marketing creatives
- Support the design team with daily tasks
- Make revisions based on feedback
- Maintain brand consistency across designs
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
- Understanding of colors, fonts, and layouts
- Willingness to learn and take feedback positively
- Portfolio (academic or personal work acceptable)
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered design solutions.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with , project managers, and other designers.
